Sony Xperia P finally got the long waited Android 4.0.4 ICS Update. Sony this time has added many improvements and added its own optimization techniques with the three known media apps Album, Walkman and Films which were previously given in ICS Update of Xperia S. Already Xperia P users got the ICS Update Notifications in their mobile and to check manually check in the ‘’ Check For Updates ‘’ and you can check by connecting your Xperia P to the Sony PC Companion by using USB. The latest Added Features added in the Android ICS 4.0.4 for XPERIA P is :
- Standby Mode time increased up to four times.
- Widgets are Resizable with Improved personalizations
- Control over mobile data consumption
- Recent apps button with a clear overview of Applications.
- Functionality of Lock Screen improved
- Face Unlock Screen lock option is added
